Aunt Lynda's Sugar Cookies...iced to perfection!
This is a tradition, there are no other cookies like Aunt Lynda's. She makes them with the kids whenever they are in Ohio. I'm not sure if the goodness comes from the love or the butter and sugar...This summer the shapes where ice cream cones and fish. The trick to the cookies is to see if they can last as long as it takes to make them! You are right they disappear as fast as they are made! I think the icing is already affecting Kaitlin and Joshua! In the background you will see Beth. She is preparing the other tradition...Homemade Red Velvet Cake! After slaving all afternoon this cake disappeared in less than 15 minutes...with 3 pieces going to Mark!
