Peter, Rys and I were able to get away and enjoy one of the best restaurants here in Dallas. The Alligator Cafe. Great authentic Cajun food, as I like to say... everything is good here!

My favorite is the creole with alligator, or the huge Greek salad with blacked chicken! The restaurant is 2 blocks from campus and a very serious treat for the seminary budget.
